01Enquiry to paid

Every job moves through the same twelve steps.

Each job carries its survey, design, quote, crew, hire clock and invoices on one record, so the office isn't re-typing what the site already knows.

01 · Sales

See every live job on one board.

Enquiry, surveyed, designed, quoted, accepted, on hire, invoiced. Cards show the value, how long they've sat in a stage and who owns them.

02 · Survey

Survey on a phone, not a clipboard.

Measurements, ground conditions, tying, hazards and public-highway notes, saved as you go. It all carries into the design and the quote.

Site survey form with job and customer details
03 · Design & quote

Draw it once. The gear list counts itself.

Bays, lifts, boards, ties and fittings counted from the model and priced from your rate card, then pushed onto the quote with the drawings.

04 · Schedule

Put the gangs on the week.

Erects, inspections, dismantles and deliveries on a gang board. Copy last week's line-up, then move what changed.

05 · Hire

Never miss a week of extra hire.

The hire clock runs from the erect date. Jobs over their inclusive period show up with the extra hire ready to invoice.

06 · Claims

Variations and payment claims on the job.

Price the extra lift agreed on site, get it signed, then bill it on the next payment application with retention worked out.

07 · Money

Know who owes what, and when it lands.

Outstanding, overdue and aged debt, with a 13-week cash forecast built from invoices, claims and labour.

Trace the building on satellite imagery so the elevations are real metres before anyone visits.

    Your systems, your kit

Tube and fitting, Cuplok, Kwikstage, Layher and more, from a catalogue you control.

    Beyond a straight run

Towers, birdcages, beams and bridges, loading bays, stair towers, sheeting and netting.

    Straight onto the quote

The model, the elevation drawings and the priced gear list go into the customer's PDF.

    04On site

Built for the people up the scaffold.

The crew app opens on today's work, keeps going without signal and asks for as little as possible.

    How Scaff 365 compares.

Feature by feature against the scaffolding software UK contractors shortlist most, taken from each vendor's own website and app store listings.

Yes Partly No Not stated on their website
How we compiled this, and sources

Checked on 23 October 2026 from each vendor's public website, pricing pages and app store listings. A dash means we couldn't find the feature stated, not that the product can't do it. Prices are as published, excluding VAT where stated. Products change, so if anything here is out of date, email us and we'll correct it.

      07Questions

      What contractors ask first.

      Anything else, email jon@jclmarketing.co.uk.

How long does it take to get going?
You can be in within a minute of signing up. A setup wizard takes you through your logo and terms, users, gangs, vehicles, rate card and catalogue, then a spreadsheet import of customers, sites and live jobs. Keep your old system running alongside while you switch.
Do I need to put a card in for the trial?
Yes, on Stripe when you sign up, so nothing stops when the trial ends. Nothing is taken for 7 days. Cancel before then from Plan & billing and you pay nothing.
Does it work without signal on site?
Yes. The crew app keeps today's work on the phone and syncs check-ins, photos and forms when it finds signal again.
Can we use our own prices and our own kit?
Yes. Everything is priced from your rate card and your component catalogue. You can import a manufacturer's list or your own stock and override any line on any job.
      Who owns the data?
You do. Your company's data is kept separate from every other customer's, and you can export it whenever you want.
What happens when the early adopter offer ends?
New sign-ups pay £600 a month. Anyone who signed up during the offer keeps £400 a month for as long as they stay subscribed.

Run your next job through it.
